HDP Presidential Candidate Calls for interim government or silent ballot revolution to end APC and PDP capitalist induced poverty in Nigeria

PRESS RELEASE
BUHARI’S REFUSAL TO SIGN PASSED ELECTORAL BILL: CALL FOR INTERIM GOVERNMENT OR SILENT BALLOT REVOLUTION TO END APC AND PDP CAPITALIST INDUCED POVERTY IN THE LAND.

THE PUBLIC PRESENTATION/LAUNCH OF BOOK/BLUEPRINT ON REVOLUTIONARY IDEOLOGICAL GAME CHANGER.

The recent refusal by president Buhari to sign the passed electoral bill intended to aid smooth and credible election in Nigeria no doubt portends danger and cast a big pall over the credibility of any election without those commendable reforms in our body polity.

Whatever may have informed this decision, he ought to have signed it. To do otherwise will amount to arrogating to himself the duty assigned under the law to the judiciary. It is not his duty to venture into continuous interpreting of any section of the bill duly passed on by the National assembly having previously reviewed same. His job is to assent to it in the  circumstances and under the tensed situation the nation is facing. Any other scrutiny regarding interpretations of any section of the passed bill once assented to becomes an exclusive preserve of the judiciary.

We want to believe that he is ill-advised inspite of his good intentions as the rule of law require that in matters of law making, after the NASS have passed a bill, any technical or grey area that is not apparently  injurious to the nation at large, the assent of the president becomes a necessity and a patriotic duty to save the nation unnecessary acrimony that may be interpreted for personal reasons. It becomes the duty of the judiciary whenever such issue arises for adjudication or clarification, to do.
Our great party has been in the front vanguard in championing of this electoral reforms and had strenuously fought in court on this issues with the National Assembly and INEC and in the matter in which the AGF duly represented the presidency. And this was to ensure that the said electoral reforms is entrenched in our body polity as we have made it a pre-condition to participate in future elections that will be devoid of vote stealing, vote buying and swapping of results at coalition canters, unnecessary intimidation and violent thuggery and use of security loyal to the state to announce false election results.

This is clearly another pointer to the blurred line between the ruling APC and PDP in their methods and tactics and the reason why Nigerians must reject them and their methods and ways, as this two parties both in election preparation and governance of this great country have exhibited crass incompetence and insensitivity in the affairs of the nation. The war of attrition between the APC and PDP and the new fear of giving in to any one of them, if not rejected by Nigerians this time will derail our nascent democracy as their parties and candidates know no better method of governance nor do they have any program or policy that are ideologically based other than seeking access to the treasury, either for personal ego or aggrandisement. We call on Nigerians to embrace the alternative of welfarism and wealth redistribution we offer for our economic development and well-being and do this through the silent ballot revolution on the 16th of February to vote Hope party and wealth redistribution under a welfare state to end poverty and accelerate industrialization.
It is our fervent believe that Nigeria is under captivity of poverty and subservience, as Nigerians have unwittingly allowed themselves to be horded into captivity over the years by the new colonialist under the guise of perpetuating an undiluted capitalist economic system that has economically enslaved our people and made them poorer at every turn of election period by continually electing leaders who have no new ideas and whose only goal is to access the treasury to feather their nests and keep poor Nigerians in perpetual economic captivity and slavery with their exploitative capitalist methods and ideas which the APC and PDP tendencies represent

The public presentation of our wonder book titled: ideological game changer for Afric-welfarism and wealth redistribution will mark the beginning of the end of the depressing reign of captivity and poverty by the twin oppressive reigns of poverty generating APC and PDP and their other capitalist cohorts presenting themselves as leaders in Nigeria whose programs towards the 2019 presidential election as unveiled recently, in their ‘next level’ and ‘making Nigeria work again’ have only confirmed the emptiness in the understanding of a modern day needs and ideas of a new governance order needed for the economic development and well-being of the people of Nigeria.

The modern Nigeria and indeed Africa that is envisaged from the new order as projected in our blueprint and ideological book, will free our people generally from the captive siege that has held us down and made us to worship the present day economic slave masters, now so well populated in both PDP and APC that has continued to have our people to vote for hardship, poverty and enslavement.

This loss of ideological based elections that has been foisted by the capitalist bourgeois clubs of elites , in which the elites and the press now conspire against the poor masses and have allowed the continuous propagation of misinformation and  projection of falsehood and deceit at every turn of election period perhaps unconsciously.

This has become the bane of our present day society and the loss of economic independence, which Africa and indeed Nigeria has found themselves.

Our major goal and mission today is to reinvent the fight for our economic independence just as our past leaders viciously fought for our political independence as we today celebrate the likes of Mandela, Awolowo Ahmadu Bello, Tafawa Belewa, Nnamdi Azikiwe, Kwame Nkrumah and a host of other great African leaders and political liberators of the past.

Our campaign in Hope Party and in the modern ideals which our presidential candidate represents is not to pander to or give in to the typical Nigerian tailor-made and pre-rigged elections where the people are perennially cajoled with public-cornered funds by leaders who desire to perpetuate themselves and cronies in power with vote buying and carnival-like campaigns with huge budgets to benefit entertainers, the press, the police and the army.

No! Our campaign of silent revolution aims at an enduring new economic order that will herald the long desired and lasting economic independence for Africa, to end poverty and economic oppression of the poor masses by the new African capitalists and slave masters perpetuating colonial vestiges across the land.

This is our new message, which may not please the ears of the oppressors of our people who may want to win election at all cost wit bogus promises and  empty and recycled programs. That is not our concern as we look forward to victory at the end.

It is hoped the new ideology and blueprint for Afric-welfarism and wealth redistribution will raise the consciousness and fighting spirit for a new thinking populace towards our comprehensive well-being and development under an indigenous Afric-welfarism and wealth redistribution state policies for a new government under Hope party and Owuru, the Peoples president.

They have all spoken and entertained you with their carnivals.

We urge you to now listen to the voice of reason and receive the economic healing that the nation truly desire at this time for a new African and indeed Nigerian identity for a modern and new economic world order.
Victory is Assured.

Long Live Nigeria,

Long Live Hope Party and

God Bless Owuru’s Wealth Redistribution.

HDP urges masses not to lose faith in Nigeria Electoral System

PRESS RELEASE

The passing of the card Reader and other electronic voting devices into law.
VICTORY FOR HOPE PARTY AND VICTORY FOR THE POOR masses IN 2019 ELECTIONS.

Hope Party while rejecting the new pegged N5 Billion presidential campaign expenses in attempt to commercialise elections and engage in vote stealing or buying in the coming 2019 presidential election, wish to congratulate Nigerians and members/leaders of our great party in their resilience and insistence through lawful litigations, persuasions and advocacy in and out of court for the institution and entrenchment of the needed pillars of sustainable democracy as exemplified in the long pending suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/627/2017 between HDP vs The National Assembly, INEC and the AGF, before Hon Justice Kolawole (now ACJ) seeking the legal institution and recognition of the use of electronic voting as a condition for our continued participation in the hijacked democracy in Nigeria by the exploitative capitalists now in power.

It is our believe that the electronic voting system will eliminate or curtail the prevalent vote stealing and swapping during collations of results at elections and will guarantee a free and fair election and cause a break from the old order/guards.

Our unshaken believe and resolve from the onset to first tackle the issues inhibiting the growth of sustainable democracy, good leadership and governance has since our registration as a political party has manifested in this result following concessions by the parties in court with our party on this issue and the good news today to the glory of God as our children yet unborn will benefit from this effort which the ruling party may want to take credit as votes will now count at elections towards putting in place a new leadership in our beloved country Nigeria.

It should be recalled that our great Hope Party have played great roles and is instrumental in the opening up of the political space through its successive cases in courts for the entrenchment of the present multi-party liberal democratic system in our effort to assist in loosening the heated polity that has given rise to the increase in the registration of more political parties in recent times.

We had in other occasions taken up other issues in court including the then President Obansanjo’s PDP ‘do or die’ politics of 2007 Presidential Election on being registered then as well as at the 2011 presidential election heralded by the fuel subsidy scam over which our party took on the government at the time as well as the anti-craft agency who looked the other way while the humongous scam was foisted on Nigerians. We also in 2015 presidential election challenged the attempt by the ruling party to procure a security advice from the military as excuse to postpone the scheduled presidential election and the enforcement of the use of card readers after it was budgeted for and which the present APC ruling government benefited to come into power at the centre today but has since grossly abused it.

In our continued quest for an orderly liberal democratic system and effort to engage government of the day in shaping its policies and programs in the overall interest of the generality of the masses and people of Nigeria and as we look forward to the hearing on 27/11/2018 of the pending suit no. FHC/ABJ/1028/2017 between HDP vs the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Chairman EFCC and the AGF, seeking an order of mandamus to compel the President to reorganise, dissolve and/or probe the schewed and corrupt manner the present Police controlled EFCC carries out its anti-corruption fight in clear abuse of established laws and rule of law and its use and deployment of some named and known rogue elements as officials and prosecutors adept at blackmailing hapless respectable members of the society including the Judiciary/court, using media trials to divert attention to cover up the real issues and as instrument of terror in their operations.

In the coming General Elections and more particularly the Presidential election in February, 2019, it is Hope party’s wish to pursue a revolutionary change or restructuring in the political economy of our country from the present exploitative capitalist economic system to welfarist wealth redistribution economic system to end poverty and check the growing drift and economic crisis in the country presently.

We wish to notify all stake holders including INEC, the Press/Media, the earlier so-called major political parties funded by corrupt proceeds and patronage of successive governments, and other such like capitalists in ideology that we (the welfarist Hope Party of the poor masses and 87 million reported poor Nigerians) owe it a duty to Nigerians to enlighten and draw their attention to the age-long deceit and gang up of our retired/past leaders and the elites  in their conspiracy to continue to feast on the inherited exploitative and corrupt capitalist system without reforms to sustain and perpetuate themselves and cronies in power to the detriment and impoverishments of the long suffering masses thereby widening the gap between the rich and the poor and the accompanying inequality.

It is therefore our party’s resolve to sue on any attempt to trespass, undermine or confuse the failed present exploitative capitalist economic system with the Hope party’s initiated welfarist wealth distribution ideological economic system for a new political economic system and new order beginning from May, 2019 to end poverty and the present exploitative capitalist economic system in Nigeria.

The choice before the longsuffering poor masses of this great country at the 2019 Presidential election must be the choice between continuing with the present exploitative Capitalist system breeding corruption, looting of state treasuries, kidnapping on the streets, drug trafficking, militancy, terrorism, etc. and the new choice of welfarism (welfare for all) based on wealth redistribution, interest free funds to all SMEs, the unemployed, widows and the aged to ensure a poverty free and egalitarian society with our God-given enormous wealth as a Nation.

We assure all Nigerians that with the legalizations of the Card Reader and other electronic voting devices that change in leadership again this time is guaranteed and this time the people will be the ultimate winners to make for and usher in a new order and restructure of governance as they vote to end poverty and the present exploitative capitalist system.

LONG LIVE NIGERIA
GOD BLESS HOPE PARTY.
